I had been hearing so much and getting a lot of requests to do my first ever Lift and Carry video, but I wasn’t quite sure how to do it?! Luckily I was able to ask Ecko Belle to help teach me several different lift and carry techniques☺️! We took turns picking each other up and carrying each other around the room and even squatting each other??! I definitely learned a lot and at the end, she lunged with me on her shoulders towards the bed?!
